About Christine

Christine Begin went to Worcester State University and graduated with a BA in Visual and Performing Arts, and has been performing since elementary school–first in church in school choirs, and by fourth grade in theatre productions. By the time she entered WSU, she was not only in the school’s performing arts major but in their a cappella choir, the chorale, and went with the group on a brief European tour.

After college, while spending time as a Montessori educator and YMCA arts and crafts instructor, Christine began searching for ways to continue working as a visual and performing artist–something everyone told her was simply impossible!

Finally, in 2015, Christine began working at Kaleidoscope Art & Entertainment: a New England-based party entertainment company.

On top of the visual arts that she started doing at Kaleidoscope ((balloon twistingface paintingpaint night instructor, and henna artist just to name a few) she began performing as a variety of cartoon characters (including princesses and super heroes) and eventually became the lead circus performer (stilts, juggling, and more!) as well as a tarot reader to top it all off.

When you book Christine, all of her paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and book keeping are done by Kaleidoscope–she can focus on what she does best, which is being an amazing artist who loves to work with children. To get a quote to bring Christine to your party, you can contact Kaleidoscope here or on their website (www.KScopeArt.com) to speak with someone in the office who’s full time job is keeping Christine’s schedule full.

Currently Christine makes her full-time living as an artist between Kaleidoscope, as a part-time nanny, and a regional puppeteer. She hopes to continue working towards becoming a full-time entertainer and performer.
